Shipping & Delivery FAQ

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING

What is the minimum order for free shipping?

  • The minimum order is $250 for free shipping in Canada.

    What are your shipping methods, and where do you deliver?

    • Free Local delivery is available on all in-stock items. Our local delivery area covers Cobalt, Dymond, Haileybury, New Liskeard and North Cobalt.
    • Canada-wide shipping is available via Canada Post on all in-stock items, and ship from our Temiskaming Shores warehouse.

      How long will my order take to arrive?

      • Free local delivery is either same or next day delivery from when your order is placed. 
      • In-stock items via Canada Post will ship same or next day from our Temiskaming Shores warehouse. Delivery is typically within 3 to 5 business days.

          Is there any additional info required to ship to an apartment?

          • Yes, please ensure that you include your apartment number, and your buzzer number (if applicable). If these are not included, it is possible that your parcel will be returned to us for an incorrect address. Return shipping costs may apply.

            Shipping Issues

            Why doesn't my tracking show any information?

            • If it is within 24 hours since receiving your shipping notification, it is possible that the parcel is at the post office awaiting shipment, but has not yet been scanned into the system. 
            • If it has been over 24 hours since receiving your shipping notification and you are still not seeing any tracking information, feel free to contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.
