Take Care is a tea tonic meant to do exactly as it’s name implies, to ‘Take Care’ of you. During times of stress or overwork, the botanicals within this tea blend will balance the nervous system, lessening our reaction to stress. Often described as comfort in a cup; a comfort that can be (and should be) enjoyed daily.

Directions: 1 teaspoon per 250ml of hot water. Steep covered for 3-5 minutes.

Organic Ingredients:

Schisandra will target any long term mental and emotional stress we may be experiencing. Known for its adaptogenic actions, it will help normalize our cortisol levels, allowing us to ‘react’ less to stressful situation. Allowing us to return to calm, focused way of living.
Oatstraw is one of the most nutritive herbs to the nervous system especially when it comes to exhaustion due to stress. Herbalists recommend oatstraw when we experience an unexpected stressful event, that leaves our emotional well-being blindsided.
Lavender can be attributed mainly to the strong calming aroma it gives off. Sipping on a tea made with lavender can help calm the anxious mind helping to enable to a better perspective.
Chamomile works at tonifying the nervous system, but has a carminative action. Making this herb very soothing to the digestive tract, especially for a nervous belly.
